Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in competency management, training coordination, learning & development, or employee development
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and training schedules simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Strong integrity and commitment to compliance and employee development
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with training or competency systems
