What You Will Do
Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, handle matters through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial, and manage all aspects of discovery in large, high-stakes litigation matters.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- At least 3 years of broad-based general litigation experience at a top-tier law firm or comparable experience as a federal court judicial clerk
- Experience handling litigation matters in Florida state and federal courts
- Experience managing litigation through pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial
- Significant experience managing discovery in complex, high-stakes cases
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience drafting and arguing motions
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and case management skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking
- Active Florida Bar admission required
