Role OverviewThe Complex Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Complex Director and Assistant Directors of Human Resources in managing a variety of HR initiatives and functions within the complex.
What You Will Do
Assist Highgate associates and leadership with necessary resources and general inquiries, compile data review lists, and distribute to departments, conduct prescreening interviews, and respond to unemployment claims.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of progressive Human Resources experience in a hotel or a related industry required
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- College course work in related field helpful
- High school diploma or equivalent required
