Job Description
The Complex Liability Claims Specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving high exposure, complex liability claims in multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have experience in negotiating settlements, managing litigation, and conducting coverage evaluations.

Requirements

  • Four year degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial casualty claims handling experience working with high complexity litigated casualty claims
  • Proven experience negotiating claims and active participation in alternative dispute resolution practices
  • Experience with general liability, additional insured considerations and complex coverage determinations
  • Knowledge of Northeast and/or Southeast venues strongly preferred
  • Required to obtain your license(s) as an adjuster in the state(s) in which you are assigned to adjust claims
