Complex Litigation & Advisement Associate Attorney

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 3–5 years of complex litigation experience
• Significant experience defending consumer class actions required
• Experience with False advertising litigation, Consumer protection claims, California Unfair Competition Law, Class certification and summary judgment briefing
• Strong drafting, analytical, oral advocacy, and case management skills
• Experience managing e-discovery in complex litigation matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong client service skills
• Active bar membership in California, New York, or Washington
