Job Description
Común is seeking a Compliance Analyst - BSA/AML/Sanctions to join their team in NYC. The role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of Comun’s BSA/AML compliance program, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in compliance, specifically within the Fintech or high-growth financial services sector, and a strong understanding of BSA, AML, and Sanctions regulations.

Requirements

  • Develop new BSA/AML policies, procedures, and controls
  • Conduct annual BSA/AML compliance risk assessment
  • Lead remediation of gaps and oversee transaction monitoring systems
  • Coordinate responses to BSA/AML-related audit and regulatory inquiries
  • Implement compliance training for Comun staff
  • Provide regular reports to senior management
  • Oversee BSA/AML operations, including manual reviews and UARs
