Role OverviewThe Compliance Analyst II will serve as a well-versed mortgage compliance resource, assisting with various projects and providing training to employees. This individual will be responsible for verifying compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, including TILA, TRID, ECOA, and others.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Compliance Analyst II will include providing guidance on compliance matters, creating and facilitating compliance training, performing routine compliance testing tasks, and collaborating with teammates on compliance-related projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four (4) year university
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via DRH applications
