Job Description
The Compliance Analyst plays a key role in supporting and strengthening the Compliance Program for a multi-state Financial Management Services (FMS) organization. The Analyst works directly with the Chief Compliance Officer and the Senior Director of Compliance to conduct compliance monitoring, manage intake and investigation workflows, support audits, and regulatory requests, and develop meaningful reporting and trend analysis.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a related field plus 3-5 years of relevant compliance, auditing, or regulatory experience
  • Industry-recognized compliance or auditing certification (e.g., CCEP, CCA, CRCM, CIA) plus 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in compliance, auditing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or related work
