Job Description
The Texas Education Agency is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their Self-Reported Data Unit (SRDU). The successful candidate will conduct complex compliance reviews, analyze documentation and data, and prepare written reports to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
  • At least three (3) years of experience in compliance analysis, investigations, auditing, legal analysis, research, or related work
  • Knowledge of applied research and analysis methods, including experience with problem identification, statistical concepts, data analysis, and interpretation of results in a compliance or regulatory context
  • Demonstrated professional judgment in applying statutory and regulatory guidance consistently
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly verbally and in writing
  • Strong project and time management skills, demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, meet aggressive timelines, and consistently produce clear, accurate, well supported deliverables
