Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Compliance Audit Manager to oversee external audits, track and document audit requests and outcomes, and develop corrective action plans to address billing, coding, and documentation deficiencies. The role requires a bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration and 5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, and reporting. Knowledge of clinical trial billing and reimbursement coding is preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, consulting, project management, or related area.
  • 5 years progressively responsible related experience.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial billing and/or experience in reimbursement coding, auditing, and reporting.
  • Current certifications in hospital and physician coding or Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC)
