Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Compliance Audit Manager to oversee external audits, track and document audit requests and outcomes, and develop corrective action plans to address billing, coding, and documentation deficiencies. The role requires a bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration and 5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, and reporting. Knowledge of clinical trial billing and reimbursement coding is preferred.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business or healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, consulting, project management, or related area.
5 years progressively responsible related experience.
Knowledge of clinical trial billing and/or experience in reimbursement coding, auditing, and reporting.
Current certifications in hospital and physician coding or Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC)
