Job Description
Role Overview

The Compliance Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits to determine the accuracy of documentation and related processes in accordance with laws, regulations, program service description, policies, and payer requirements. This is a remote position with 25% travel required for onsite audits.

What You Will Do

The Compliance Auditor will identify compliance concerns and trends, perform focused audits, complete retrospective reviews, collect and analyze information, summarize audit findings, and coordinate monitoring of coding and documentation accuracy.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will possess experience with RATS-STATS and/or similar sampling software, a demonstrated ability to prioritize and effectively complete tasks in a timely manner, and technical and database management abilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience providing services in a healthcare related field
  • Experience auditing charts, both in the field and in an Electronic Health Record
