Compliance Business Oversight Manager

The Compliance Business Oversight Manager plays a critical role in ensuring adherence to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA/Regulation V), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA/Regulation B), Truth in Lending Act (TILA/Regulation Z), Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA/Regulation E), and other consumer protection laws and regulations. Knowledge of applicable Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) regulations and guidance, including deposit insurance requirements and related obligations under Parts 330 and 370, is preferred.

What You Will Do

The Compliance Business Oversight Manager will lead and coordinate compliance-related initiatives, manage regulatory examinations and internal reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business partners. Strong communication and reporting capabilities, along with subject matter expertise in Consumer protection laws and regulations, are essential.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of consumer protection laws, regulations, and related regulatory requirements
