Requirements
Administers comprehensive file reviews, audits, and approvals in accordance with affordable housing compliance requirements and company policies.
Conducts detailed and accurate reviews of applicant and resident certification files.
Provides mentorship and support to Compliance Technicians.
Maintains positive working relationships with site teams, regional leaders, and internal partners.
