Requirements

  • Administers comprehensive file reviews, audits, and approvals in accordance with affordable housing compliance requirements and company policies.
  • Conducts detailed and accurate reviews of applicant and resident certification files.
  • Provides mentorship and support to Compliance Technicians.
  • Maintains positive working relationships with site teams, regional leaders, and internal partners.
