Job Description
The Compliance Coordinator supports the Corporate Compliance Department in maintaining regulatory documentation, data accuracy, and reporting. This position assists with administrative tasks related to audits, licensing, safety records, and employee compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Maintain accurate and organized compliance records, reports, and files.
  • Assist in updating and tracking regulatory information, licenses, and certifications.
  • Support preparation of documentation for audits, renewals, and inspections.
  • Perform data entry, spreadsheet management, and report generation using Excel.
  • Help schedule compliance training sessions and track employee completion.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams to gather or verify compliance information.
  • Assist with document distribution, policy updates, and record retention projects.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Compliance Manager and Compliance team.
