Role OverviewThe Compliance Coordinator works in partnership with department leaders to ensure services provided fall within state requirements and follow individual support plans. They are responsible for ensuring all required documentation is current, complete, and accurate.
What You Will Do
Daily review of direct care service notes, follow up with Residential Coordinator, prepare billing records, represent Easter Seals at ISP and COS meetings, and ensure annual reviews are completed.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and other electronic systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
- 3-5 years' experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Experience working with DDA or MCO systems
