Job Description
The Compliance Director position at SFMTA will manage all units responsible for Civil Rights and Regulatory matters, including Title VI, Investigations, Ombuds, and Small Business programs. The CD will be responsible for creating strategic plans, overseeing program implementation, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role requires collaboration with agency sections and City departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Ten (10) years of professional experience in Civil Rights, Equity, Compliance management or a closely related field
  • Eight (8) years of management-level experience
  • Experience implementing Civil Rights, Equity, Regulatory programs at a transit agency
