Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Compliance Program Manager to join our Denied Party Screening (DPS) compliance team. The candidate will provide sanctions guidance and manage projects across all Amazon businesses to drive centralized, low-friction solutions for managing risk.
What You Will Do
The candidate will be responsible for developing sanctions related guidance and SOPs, applying guidance to complex investigations, and providing support for internal/external escalations.

The role requires frequent communication with Legal and other Compliance functions, as well as the ability to concisely deliver requirements to business partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years experience in a sanctions compliance or related field
- Experience in conducting reviews of customers and business activities to determine compliance requirements
- Strong working knowledge of global sanctions regulations, including OFAC and BIS, EU/UK sanctions
