Role OverviewThe Compliance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration, execution, and maintenance of the Compliance Management System (CMS) for FI Connect. This role partners across business functions to monitor compliance activities, assess regulatory adherence, and support the execution of FI Connect's compliance program.
What You Will Do
The Compliance Manager will administer and maintain the CMS documentation and tracking, lead compliance risk assessments, develop and execute risk-based compliance monitoring and testing activities, and manage compliance issues, findings, and corrective action tracking through resolution.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or consumer lending, a strong working knowledge of consumer lending regulations, and experience managing compliance teams and/or supervising team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or consumer lending
- Strong working knowledge of consumer lending regulations (TILA, Reg Z, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, GLBA)
- Experience managing compliance teams and/or supervising team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail
