Role OverviewThe Compliance Monitor will work remotely in their assigned region and report directly to the SVP of Compliance. They will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
The Compliance Monitor will assist in implementing plans and goals developed by the SVP, coordinate and supervise daily compliance oversight, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. They will also conduct on-site file reviews, perform regular unannounced inspections, and review supportive service LURA requirements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 3 years in property management, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows & Office, YARDI, and other computer software. They will also have advanced skill training certifications such as HCCP, COS, TCS, BOS, and C3P, and previous affordable housing compliance experience.
