Job Description

As the Compliance Monitoring Manager, Consumer Operations, you will lead Reprise's compliance monitoring and quality control programs. You will design, maintain, and execute monitoring procedures, testing methods, and quality standards that support Reprise's overall compliance strategy.

Requirements

  • Manage compliance professional(s) and develop strategies that support monitoring functions and ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Identify workflow gaps, recommend improvements, and create procedures to reduce errors.
  • Detect, document, and analyze data to identify potential risks or non-conformities.
  • Train staff on quality control standards and compliance procedures to maintain high accuracy.
  • Develop, update, and communicate compliance resources, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and investigations to resolve compliance-related issues.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and key stakeholders on compliance monitoring activities.
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including compliance policies (UDAAP, BSA/AML, etc.), IT policies, and the employee handbook.
