Job Description
Job Title: Compliance Officer, responsible for conducting background investigations of applicants seeking licensure to work in or conduct business with the Tribal gaming operation.

Requirements

  • Conduct background investigations of gaming employees and vendor applicants
  • Verify employment, education, criminal history, civil records, and references
  • Conduct court record searches and financial background checks when required
  • Prepare written investigative summaries and supporting documentation
  • Assist with applicant fingerprinting and Live Scan submissions
  • Maintain investigative files and licensing records
  • Communicate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies to obtain records
