Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer will work in a professional office environment, interacting with the public and analyzing complaints filed with the Division. The role requires strong customer service skills, organizational abilities, and knowledge of Florida statutes.

What You Will Do

The Compliance Officer will contact constituents, read and analyze state statutes, communicate with the public, and document actions in various systems. They will also provide resources and referrals as needed.
