Job Description
The Compliance Policy Manager will work collaboratively within the Compliance Department to create and communicate compliance guidance, draft company-wide policies, and oversee monitoring activities.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree Required
A minimum of 5 years compliance and/or healthcare experience, preferably in similar role
Expertise in drafting, reviewing and providing guidance on policies
Experience with PolicyHub by Mitratech a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel and Smartsheet
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated strength in time management and organization required
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
