Job Description
The Compliance Policy Manager will work collaboratively within the Compliance Department to create and communicate compliance guidance, draft company-wide policies, and oversee monitoring activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • A minimum of 5 years compliance and/or healthcare experience, preferably in similar role
  • Expertise in drafting, reviewing and providing guidance on policies
  • Experience with PolicyHub by Mitratech a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel and Smartsheet
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strength in time management and organization required
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
