Role OverviewThe Compliance Program Coordinator coordinates compliance efforts across departments, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date compliance calendar, communicating department-specific responsibilities and deadlines, and tracking progress through completion.

Maintain organized and accessible records, identify deadlines at risk of being missed, and escalate concerns to leaders. Monitor changes in laws and regulations and communicate updates to affected departments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- 2-3+ years of experience coordinating compliance or regulatory requirements, preferably within a health care, veterinary, or other regulated organization
- Strong organizational and project-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence following up with stakeholders and holding others accountable for agreed-upon deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to research requirements, summarize information clearly, and identify when an issue should be escalated
