Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field
5+ years of relevant experience in a compliance-focused financial services environment
Managerial or team leadership experience in a compliance role
Professional compliance certifications (e.g., CRCM, CAMS)
Proven ability to translate complex issues into practical, actionable solutions
Strong command of regulations and requirements relevant to the financial industry
Demonstrated strength in analysis, critical thinking, and sound decision-making
