Role Overview

The Compliance Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that contracted organizations meet all administrative, programmatic, fiscal, and contractual obligations established by the Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) and City procurement regulations. This role requires a dynamic, energetic individual who enjoys working both in the field and in an office setting.

What You Will Do

Conducts site visits and performs desk reviews to assess compliance, monitor performance, and provide direct guidance to organizations in need of support. Reviews and interprets complex contractual documents, understands City procurement rules, and collaborates with the Contract development Team and Mayor’s Office of Contract Services (MOCS).

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above
  • High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above
  • At least one year of experience as described in "1" above
