Role Overview

As a Compliance Risk Assessment Manager, you will play a key role in reshaping compliance structures and processes, driving innovation at every level. You will manage day-to-day operations while also helping design and implement a forward-thinking compliance program for the future.

What You Will Do

You will support the management of the Compliance Risk Assessment framework, facilitate the Compliance Risk Assessment, and manage the assessment process. You will also provide subject matter expertise and leadership to Oversight Functions and other assessment participants.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of prior regulatory, compliance, and/or risk management experience
  • Familiarity with conducting a Compliance Risk Assessment
  • Experience working with top tier banks in large scale, cross-functional regulatory remediation
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing regulatory compliance risk management frameworks and programs
  • Strong knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, risks and taxonomies related to consumer and commercial banking, securities (broker-dealer), and wealth management businesses
