Role OverviewThe Compliance Specialist for Lead Hazard Control & Healthy Homes will be a key member of the Compliance & Strategy team within the agency’s Office of Compliance & Risk Management (CRM). This role will provide leadership and technical assistance in support of health and safety requirements and compliance best practices throughout the agency, with a focus on environmental hazards.
What You Will Do
The Compliance Specialist will manage cross-agency compliance of regulatory requirements, assess risks, and provide technical assistance and guidance to staff throughout the agency. They will focus on agency program compliance with existing, new, and revised laws and regulations related to lead-based paint, radon, mold, asthma triggers, carbon monoxide, and other health and safety hazards.
