Role Overview

As a Compliance Specialist, you'll help support high standards of care and regulatory compliance across our PACE programs. You'll conduct internal audits and monitoring, review Participant records, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve documentation, processes, and care delivery.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting recurring audits, reviewing Participant records, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You'll also work collaboratively with Compliance, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, healthcare, business, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, auditing, or data analysis
  • Experience working with healthcare documentation and electronic medical records
  • Familiarity with PACE regulations, healthcare compliance, or quality programs
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and analysis tools, including Excel
