Job Description
The Compliance Specialist provides support to the Director of Compliance and is a visible representative of the Compliance Department. Conducts research, investigations, and audits, and acts as the administrator for compliance software, learning management system, and policy software.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
HCCA CHPC or CHC certification strongly preferred
Previous experience in Compliance or the healthcare industry
Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security is required
Strong professional communication skills
Ability to prioritize, organize, and plan work independently
