Job Description
The State of Montana’s Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) is seeking Compliance Technician 1’s to join our team. Compliance Technicians play a vital role in executing procedures and tasks critical to managing Montana’s water resources and supports the DNRC's mission.

Requirements

  • Review and process water right applications and notices
  • Research, compile, and interpret water right and land ownership information
  • Provide customer service in person, by phone, and via email
  • Maintain and organize office filing systems
  • Perform additional professional and technical duties
