Conduct testing, inspections, and monitoring of petroleum storage and dispensing systems. Prepare and submit detailed compliance reports, test results, and documentation for clients and regulatory agencies.

Requirements
- Valid UST 3 and local licenses
- Experience performing compliance testing or inspections on petroleum storage and dispensing systems
- Familiarity with EPA UST/AST regulations, SPCC plans, and related environmental compliance programs
- Worked with or around fuel system components, such as tank monitors, sensors, sumps, and leak detection systems
- Knowledge of or certification in compliance testing procedures, such as SIR, pressure testing, or cathodic protection evaluation
- Prior experience preparing regulatory documentation and test reports for internal records or government submission
- Comfortable using compliance testing equipment, including line testers, pressure gauges, conductivity meters, or LLD test kits
- Background in fieldwork or site visits, often requiring independent scheduling and time management
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve compliance deficiencies
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to fuel systems, vapor hazards, and confined space entry
