What You Will Do
As a Team Lead, you will oversee the Task Orders and personnel that support the requirements defined in the ESSCA Performance Work Statement, plus any additional skills that may be required as the ESSCA contract matures. You will ensure that high performing people are acquired through disciplined human resources processes and are appropriately trained, developed and perform to Amentum’s policy and standards.

You will be responsible for the proactive management of assigned Task Orders and personnel to ensure effective accomplishment of NASA MSFC requirements. You will also manage a team of technicians located in the Component Development Area (CDA) and support the CDA manager in planning, coordinating, and troubleshooting fabrication, build-up, and test of various NASA projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific, engineering, or related discipline from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical discipline
- Technical expertise in electrical, mechanical test
- Experience with leading strong and high performing teams of technicians
- Experience in project management with specific experience in project planning, estimating, and tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience in fabrication and test environment
- Participation in professional societies, e.g. AIAA, ASME IEEE, NSBE, SHPE, SWE, etc.
