Role OverviewAs a Composite Strength Analyst at ULA, you will perform analysis of composite material structures, metallic elements, and create finite element analysis models to support recurring operations, nonconformance resolution, and development programs. You will be required to create and modify existing models, review and approve 3-D engineering layouts, and make engineering design recommendations with consideration of thermal, mechanical, and pressure loading.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing hand calculations, creating finite element analysis models, running and modifying existing models, reviewing and approving 3-D engineering layouts, and making engineering design recommendations. You will also be required to support internal peer reviews, table top reviews, and formal design reviews.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to make design recommendations based on analysis results/experience
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
