Job Description
The Compounding Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and promoting safety in all aspects of the facility, maximizing productivity and efficiency, and promoting teamwork. They must have prior experience supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to raw materials, powders, liquids, noise, and varying temperatures.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with good attention to detail
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to perform well under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require
