Job Description
The Comptroller's Office is seeking a Comptroller - CAPPS HR/PY Time and Labor Analyst for Agency Services. The role provides CAPPS HR/PY production support, customer service, and system support for the Human Resources, Benefits, and Position Control modules. The ideal candidate has experience with system processing/support or systems analysis work in human resources, time and labor, position management, payroll, performance management, learning management, talent acquisition management, and employee/manager self-service systems. Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree
  • Three years of experience with system processing/support or systems analysis work
  • One year of experience working with CAPPS (Centralized Accounting & Payroll/Personnel System) or Peoplesoft FSCM version 9.2 or higher
  • ITIL Training as outlined in the CAPPS ITIL Journey
