Job Description
The Comptroller's Office is seeking a Customer Service Representative to perform funds control functions, handle taxpayer records, and provide customer service. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in clerical office and/or administrative support work, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or successful completion of the General Educational Development test (GED)
  • 2 years of experience performing clerical office and/or administrative support work
  • 2 years of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 2 years of experience using a multi-line telephone
  • 1 year experience handling cash and non-cash transactions
  • 1 year experience preparing bank deposits for a business
