Job Description
Lubbock Enforcement (304TX-00032) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to perform funds control functions, receive cash and non-cash payments, and assist visitors in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience performing clerical office and/or administrative support work, 2 years of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel, and 2 years of experience using a multi-line telephone.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or successful completion of the General Educational Development test (GED)
  • 2 years of experience performing clerical office and/or administrative support work
  • 2 years of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 2 years of experience using a multi-line telephone
  • 1 year experience handling cash and non-cash transactions (preferred)
  • 1 year experience preparing bank deposits for a business (preferred)
