Join the Enforcement division as a Customer Service Representative! Work involves performing funds control functions as office cashier, disseminates information, responds to public inquiries for information, and maintains filing systems. This job is a position of public trust and requires a high degree of confidentiality in handling taxpayer records, information, and payments.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or successful completion of the General Educational Development test (GED).
  • 2 years of experience performing clerical office and/or administrative support work.
  • 2 years of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • 2 years of experience using a multi-line telephone.
  • A valid Texas (or state of residency) driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are a condition of employment.
