The Comptroller's Office is seeking a Comptroller - Program Specialist to facilitate the flow of financial resources to achieve the goals of the state. The role involves responding to inquiries, researching policies, and coordinating and processing financial data. Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or successful completion of the General Education Development test (GED)
  • Two years of experience with accounting and/or processing, overseeing accounts payable, purchase, travel transactions, analyzing and adhering to legislative or technical policies/programs
  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM), Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD), and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
