Role Overview

We are seeking a Computational Statistician to develop data analysis plans for clinical trials, assist in selecting statistical methods for data analysis, and conduct peer reviews of work products from statistical colleagues. The successful candidate will work with clinical research scientists and project statisticians to establish reporting databases and analyze clinical trial data and real-world data. This is a demanding role that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as patients are waiting for life-changing medicines.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will develop data analysis plans for clinical trials, assist in selecting statistical methods for data analysis, conduct peer reviews of work products from statistical colleagues, and establish reporting databases. They will also analyze clinical trial data and real-world data, and ensure the accuracy of reported data and statistical analyses.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Applied Science, Computer Science, or related STEM field
  • 1 year of academic or employment experience with implementing statistical analyses and reporting
  • 1 year of experience with statistical programming software, including SAS, R, and SQL
  • 1 year of experience with investigating raw data issues identified during statistical analysis
  • 1 year of experience with developing SDTM and ADaM specifications and datasets by CDISC standards
  • 1 year of experience with EMR and Claims database
  • 1 year of experience with developing visualization dashboards for data exploration and reporting
