Role OverviewThis is a Computer Field Technician Position doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position, you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
What You Will Do
Complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo, visit multiple work sites throughout the day, confirm service times with the customer, and pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store.
