Role OverviewAs a Computer Network Support Systems Engineer, you will support a customer computer network operations organization by providing systems engineering and project management expertise. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year, and work is performed at a customer location.
What You Will Do
Perform analysis and provide recommendations pertaining to proposed AI/ML architecture designs and proposals, work with organizations to coordinate and help shape interactions on AI/ML deployments, and assist with operating in an agile development process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or other related discipline
- At least 15 years of systems engineering experience
- AI/ML experience, especially relating to LLM-based systems
- Systems Engineering, process engineering, and project management experience
- Familiarity with working in an agile development environment
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence agile development tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
