Role OverviewThe Computer Operator I provides operational support of our product development and systems integration teams, our lottery operations, and customers; monitors our enterprise infrastructure; and escalates issues as required.
What You Will Do
Assist in the daily operation of computer systems, carry out tasks on the daily checklist, generate reports, and assist in verifying the validity and clarity of computer reports.
