Role OverviewThe Computer Systems Analyst 2/3 will provide technical and business-process support for various functional areas, including production engineering, manufacturing, and quality processes. The role requires effective communication, innovative problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office tools, and manufacturing engineering processes.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities of this position include coalescing, analyzing, and documenting user requirements, collaborating with business partners to develop solutions, and testing solutions to ensure optimal system functionality. The candidate will also represent the organization in providing solutions to complex system issues and contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects.

Requirements
- Master's Degree with 0 years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience; OR an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years of experience
- Ability to obtain a US Government Secret level security clearance (at a minimum)
- Experience executing in CPLM, SAP/S4, SMES, or other ERP systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience interacting and/or supporting Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Shop Floor Operations, and Quality processes
