Job Description
The Taco Attendant prepares and assembles menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to quality while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • Prepare all taco station menu items according to standard recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation expectations.
  • Ensure meats, fish, and other ingredients are cooked to proper temperatures and handled safely.
  • Maintain open communication with Cook I, Cook III, and culinary leadership to support smooth operations.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly, informative manner, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Follow all health department regulations, time and temperature control rules, and hand‐washing guidelines.
