Concessions Attendant

As a Concessions Attendant, you will provide friendly and quality hospitality to guests, serving food and beverages with speed and accuracy. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work events during non-business hours. What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing and serving food and beverages, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will also be responsible for setting up and breaking down events and resort functions.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills, who are able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. Previous food and beverage experience is preferred, but not required.

Requirements

• Provide friendly, quality, genuine hospitality to each guest
• Greet guests, take orders, prepare, and serve offerings in accordance with established standards
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu and offerings, including dietary and allergen guidelines
• Operate cash register and receive payment in cash or credit card while accurately counting and providing change for guests when applicable
• Prepare food and beverage throughout the day as needed by anticipating and reacting to guest volume
• Work neatly and safely under the sanitary guidelines of the Health Department Rules and Regulations
• Follow recipes accurately while maintaining food and beverage preparation process
• Complete food and beverage preparation assignment accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion
• Perform shift opening/closing/side work duties as assigned
• Stock and replenish food, beverage, paper products, and utensils as needed
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain amenities, per sanitation guidelines
• Follow sanitation standards including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day
• Set up/break down events and resort functions
