Job Description
The Concierge will manage the reception area and provide administrative support for the Business Office, Marketing, and the Executive Director. The Concierge will answer telephones, greet incoming guests, and provide administrative support for business services as needed. The Concierge will exemplify The Artis Way by modeling professional presentation and communication, and provide unparalleled hospitality to residents, guests, and team members.

Requirements

  • Respond to residents’ and family members’ questions and concerns
  • Greet and direct all visitors in a professional and helpful manner
  • Answer all incoming calls within three rings and triage inquiries
  • Maintain all business office areas for cleanliness
  • Organize incoming mail and distribute it to the appropriate person
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team
  • Maintain the community resource information library, directory, and collateral
  • Observe community policies and procedures regarding resident and team member safety
  • Maintain professionalism and resident confidentiality
  • Adhere to all Infection Prevention, OSHA, fire, and safety regulations
