Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional Concierge to serve as the first point of contact at our senior living community. You will greet residents, families, and guests, manage multi-line phone systems, assist with daily inquiries, handle package delivery, and support front–desk administrative duties.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities
  • Considerable initiative and judgment is also required
  • Must have word processing and clerical skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and participate in holiday activities
