Role OverviewAs a Concierge/Resort Services Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a memorable experience at Little Palm Island. This includes welcoming and farewelling guests, resolving guest inquiries, and providing recommendations and assistance as needed.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include welcoming and farewelling guests, acting as a knowledgeable resource for guest inquiries, and providing recommendations and assistance as needed. You will also be responsible for upselling resort amenities and experiences, and collaborating with the Guest Services team.
